Robert Soto was born in Buenos Aires in 1926. His work has been shown in various galleries in Brazil, Paraguay, and in the USA. Deeply influenced by Surrealism, Soto has adapted the technique to his beloved Pampas, creating a duel meditation on the world of geography and of the mind. He has been awarded numerous art prizes in Argentina and elsewhere.
